Before I started, I was hesitant to say something because I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. But then I realized that this might be important to me as a person.

The most important thing to remember is that your energy level is at least double the amount of calories you eat in a day.
In the video, the developers tell us that it’s “very difficult to reach your fitness goal unless you are making real changes”. We’re not entirely sure how that applies to your own life, but we guess it means that you need to make changes in your life so that you can be healthier and have fewer chances of dying prematurely.
