You know you’re not on budget when your “spending” is out of control and your credit card statements are full of charges that you don’t even know you are making. Don’t use credit cards for personal or business purchases, and if you must, budget your spending using your debit card.
And the best thing about it? You can do it for your business. That’s right, the good news is that it won’t cost you a penny. You can set up multiple different accounts and charge them to several different cards. That way you can charge just as much, or even more, with your debit card than you would using your credit card.
I know when I go to buy something like milk, I can almost always get it cheaper if I buy it online. The price difference between the two is so minimal, that the cost of the online purchase is not considered to be “finance digital transformation.” It’s just a price difference. And it’s true that online purchases are usually cheaper, but it doesn’t have to be cheap.
A common mistake people make when shopping for online purchases is to go to the lower price point, thinking that is the best price for them. But by doing this, they are not actually saving the money that they were going to spend. Instead they are just paying the difference in price between the two items at their original price. The only difference you are saving in the end is the time and effort you have put into searching for the lower price. And that is not worth anything in the long run.
