Allowing your body to heal is a good thing. However, when your body is in an unhealthy place, it means you are using your body as a tool to get what you want. This is unhealthy.
It’s also one of the most important factors to consider in your health. The main reason for building health and wellness in a healthy place is because you are also very physically active, which means you are physically active throughout your life and your mind.
