I think that self-awareness is one of the things that is the most important thing when it comes to marketing your product. You want to be able to stand back and see what your customers want and need, and to understand how they will respond to your product and to your marketing.
One of the things we’ve learned is that you don’t necessarily need to provide any kind of marketing to your customers. The best marketing is the kind where you give people incentives to do what you want them to do. If you don’t have some incentive to do what you want them to do, then you don’t know if they’re going to do what you want them to do and they can either be more or less effective.
You can get away with not giving your customers incentives if youve got an awesome product to sell. For example, if your product can do something cool, and your customer is interested in that cool thing, then you can give them a reward. If youve got a great product, and a customer is interested in that thing, then you can give them an incentive.
I think in the early days of this blog, I would have said, “Don’t sell products.” And that would be because I didn’t know anything about marketing, and now I do. In fact, I use all my marketing knowledge to help keep my blog going, and it does make me a better blogger. But you need to be aware and proactive about your marketing.
In the old days, we used to think of marketing as the art of creating a good impression. We would give them the best product we had to offer, and we would try to sell them more products. Now, we just give them the best product we can, and hope that they will like it. So we tell them we have a free trial offer for their next product. I think that’s a much better approach.
The old marketing approach used to be that you were just offering a free trial. Now, people are more savvy. But you can still get your product to them, and you can also tell them what you’ve got. In fact, one of the first things I do is run a giveaway on my blog, because I want people to know that they can get something free on my blog. The key to making a good impression is making a good impression.
You know, I think the whole point of a giveaway, especially when you’re promoting something new, is to make sure that people actually check out the good stuff. People are more savvy. And because of this, you really have to make sure you make the first impression that people will take notice of you. So, instead of giving away a free download, I’ll give away a free copy of the next chapter to one of my readers.
The thing about giveaways is that people come back for more. The reason is because they like to see that youre there, that youre not just sitting there on your laptop. Like, if you have nothing to contribute, you will not be impressed by what you have to offer. And also, because people like seeing a face, so that they can tell if youre a good person.
In marketing, it’s quite easy to determine who can win a giveaway, and who cant. People will sometimes get their information from your profile, and then send you a friend request. But because you aren’t actually linked in, the chances are that you won’t even know who your friends are. But if you have a blog, or a website that will tell your friends, then you can find out. And if you do, then it’s ok.
This is a huge problem that can be solved by getting people to share information about you. To that end, it would help to make sure that your web presence is linked to your blog/website. This will help you track down those people who can give you good information on you.
